Factory spoiler on 2004 4Runner

I have searched extensively and have been unable to determine if the centre high mounted brake light on the 2004 model factory spoiler is bulbs or an led.

In Canada, all Limited models come with a spoiler, not sure about US models.

I am considering purchasing said spoiler from Toyota and believe that led's are more brilliant lights.
