factory-to-dealer incentives ?

I understand that a $1000 factory to dealer incentive is now available. Using the site at carsdirect.com it said a factory to dealer incentive exists but gives no further detail. At Edmunds.com on "Invoice & TMV Pricing" says 'not available' !
Need some help in locating other sites to get the "factory to dealer " details confirmed.
Seems a few only have factory to consumer details.
