Failed smog...barely failed hc and co

I took my 2000 Toyota 4Runner in to get it smogged back in July. It failed. I replaced the spark plugs, wires, air filter to K&N, the first O2 sensor and both cats. I retested it today. I've been running 91 octane gas for the last 400 miles. Please take a look at the numbers in the screenshot below and see if anything jumps out at possibly being an issue or some direction I might be able to take.

The only thing I am thinking of right now is right before the test and 10 mile drive, I added Seafoam to the gas tank, thinking that would help. After reading some other posts, it looks like I should have waited a few gas tanks after I added the Seafoam to test. My mistake.

Secondly, I never reset the ECU when I changed the catalytic converter 2 weeks ago. Might it still be adjusting? Thanks for any information.

I'm not a smog expert but. I did take advantage of the system years back when I had a old celica. See that little note on the bottom about financial assistance? Well I'm not sure if things have changed but all I had to do was bring my car to a special place and pay the first $100 and the state pays the next up to $500 to get it to pass smog. There was no income information needed or anything. I had already replace the front o2 sensor like you had. But it ended up passing after the second o2 was replaced.

Nope no payback. Like I said before this was a few years back so you may have to check the current process.

did you run the test with sea foam in it? that may have been the issue. the seafoam is breaking up the carbon build up. give it at least 1 tankful before you go smogging it.

Yes...I originally ran the smog test with seafoam in it. Refilled gas and ran for a couple hundred miles. Retested and failed again. This was the 3rd fail. I now have it at a smog test and repair shop that saw the print outs and felt they could troubleshoot the issue. I just got a call from them a little while ago. They said the issue was the PCV valve.

WTF.

That was one of the first things I changed out. I went to Autozone and picked one up. Its a common $5 part...right? Well...the technician said it was a generic aftermarket part and it was causing the emissions test to fail. He replaced it with an OEM one and that cleared up the emissions.

OEM or bust for sure. kiss some ass to the toyota guys or just tell them the prices on ebay and theyll usually price match or give you a discount. i bought a generic fuel filter once. it leaked. paid like $8 more for a toyota one. couldnt be happier.
