Fast Clicking/Ticking Sound

Is it possible to buy just the tulips for the CVs to rule out the front diff, or would one need to salvage them from some trashed axles? I swear they had a part number but I can't find it for the life of me
Still up a creek on this, thought I finally fixed it last week but the rattling came back in full force this morning

Anybody know what these things are? I'm starting to eye the evap system and everything around it as the culprit. I noticed that I only get the ticking noise when it's cold out - once it warms up outside (the weather only, not the car) it goes away. To boot if I'm real low on gas in the morning I could hear the ticking at idle, and it seems to stop if I unplug the purge valve. I'm curious if vapors are maybe playing a role here
