Fast idle after MAF and TB cleaning

I picked up a 03 4Runner V8 about a month ago. It has 165,000 miles and drives great! Wanted to do a little maintenance to it.. This is my 3rd Toyota truck..99 v6 and 08 v6. I've always cleaned the MAF and TB's myself and had great luck.

After cleaning it now has a high/fast idle. Down shifting is a little sketchy too..but I figured it was from the higher than normal idle.

Is it just still re-learning? or did I get some gunk stuck in a hose?

Unplug the battery for 10-15 minutes and plug it back in.

ECU needs to be reset.
