Scion radio: various models available.
"smokers package" for console: provides 2 power outlets and the ashtray is good for coins.
Interior lights to LEDs excluding map lights (don't want those blindingly bright).
I do like the piano black wood / leather steering wheel but it's a little pricey.

Weather Tech Floor liners - absolute must.
Also throw in a trunk liner. Not sure these are quote "mods", but something needed nonetheless.
Also agree on others with the LED interior swap. Great improvements in lighting. I did cargo/map/dome/door lights in one swoop and love it. I would vote YES on putting LED's in the map lights - I actually like the brighter light over me, but to each their own. They are bright as heck though.
I guess it's interior since they do apply the film on the inside, but tint in my opinion is a favorite of mine also. I did 20% fronts and did another round of 35% over everything factory tinted, makes for a good match. A) I don't like the fishbowl feeling of non-tinted windows, where everything can be seen from the outside & B) I don't like the factory half tinted/half non tinted look.

goes great with the tape deck, got that old school look. but really its very well done there. i might do carbon fiber on mine in the future. have what you did in red dip

Most of mine have definitely already been mentioned, the smoker's kit, the weathertec digital fit floor mats, my double din touch screen navi and JL sub/amp in the stock location. But my favorites are my LED console swap and my Lexus GX470 black burlwood steering wheel.

All the ones I see for the Lexus and Camry are wood and leather or CF and leather, I will look around a bit for you
