We can have very cold, inclement winters here. Surprisingly KC has a similar climate to Denver, minus the amount of sunshine and large, rocky protrusions from the ground nearby. It was mid-20s during Thanksgiving, although we're back up to the 40s this week.

That's the idea. My commute to work is 10 minutes or less.
Also, for short drives I like to keep the inside of the car cold to keep the windshield frozen. It avoids ice build-up if it's snowing when I park, so it doesn't melt and re-freeze. I hate scraping ice, and I don't want to idle for 10 minutes every time to melt it, either. The seat heater keeps me mostly warm enough, but my hands get cold even with gloves.
I got 12.7 mpg driving around town when it was cold a few weeks ago, and if I were to let it warm up before every trip that number would be a whole lot worse, like 8-10. The V8 seems to use a lot of fuel when it's cold.
I'm planning on installing a block heater when I do the timing belt and water pump, but that won't be until next year. Plus I don't always have a place to plug it in, and then there's the ice build-up problem if it's snowing. I guess I could get a sheet of plastic to cover the windshield when I park for easy ice removal later. And it's not an interior mod, so I can't talk about it in this thread!

So far Ive done a double din bluetooth and dvd head unit with new front door speakers and a low profile 10in powered sub under the passenger seat (small sub but being close by makes it feel as powerful as a normal sub/box). Just ordered LED ambient light kit from amazon, and when I replace a couple burnt out bulbs in my center console I plan to do the all white LED kit.

I've had it for about 9 months. The fitment was perfect. I had a shop install because I didn't trust myself enough to get perfect alignment with the steering wheel. The quality is good. The leather isn't the most premium, but feels just as good if not better than my stock leather steering wheel. It did however take forever to get the wheel back after I shipped it off. So far no issues.

Which wood grain source/kit did you use?
I've seem some that look awful, in part because they try and replace every square inch of dash material with wood grain, and that looks like overkill IMHO.
Yours looks nicely done...where can I find one?

The wood I got is called 3M Dinoc and I bought it at this site called metrorestyling.com.
It's affordable too, a 4ftx2ft roll is 60 dollars I think. I strongly recommend getting a lot extra because installation is very easy to screw up and it will likely take a fair amount of practice. I chose Bubinga Gloss vinyl and its a great color. Don't get the birds eye maple because it's orange (I tried it and it sucked) or any colors with grain that is like straight lines because you have to stretch the vinyl a bit when you're working with it so the curly woodgrains are better. You will need a heat gun, scalpel, and a vinyl squeegee (they offer them on metrorestyling when your order vinyl). The vinyl is also very thin, like paper so it doesn't look puffy like these aftermarket kits.
For the HVAC controls I dismantled the whole unit and unplugged the 3 control knobs from the circuit board as well as popped out the defrost and recirc buttons, so I could access all of the holes. It was only like 8 screws and super easy actually.

pls post pics of ur subwoofer under your seat, i hv a pioneer subwoofer 10 inch and i cant seem to fit it in under the seat

Clazzio doesn’t seem to have heaters that are compatible with 4th 4Runners. Which one did you pick?
