Hi - considering trying to sell this myself instead of trading at the dealer. I'll be happy to post pics if it sounds like I might be able to get more for it here, but for now if you can give me plus or minus a few hundred dollars for an estimate of what you think it's worth on the private market, I would really appreciate it. I'm located near Dayton OH:

5spd manual
Metallic Gray, grey cloth interior
Power moonroof
towing pkg
roof rails
running boards
Clarion CD head-unit with satellite radio
Michelin tires about 3/4 total tread remaining.
200,150 miles
The GOOD:
Oil changed every 3500-5000 miles, with records to prove it.
Not a single major mechanical problem EVER. Most reliable thing I've ever had.
Replaced Clutch finally at ~150000 miles.
Everything inside works well, with one exception - passenger side power window switch on driver's side console (the switch on the passenger side door itself works fine)
Now for THE BAD:
1 accident back in 2002, some front end damage repaired by the dealer, ran fine ever since.
Only the power antenna doesn't work (radio is fine). Was fixed the first time at 120000 miles, but then failed again at 160000 miles. THe antenna functions, but doesn't go up or down anymore. I never fixed just because I only use the XM radio.
Some small rust spots on the tow package and the running boards.
Paint has some stone chips on the hood.
A few very minor other things paint finish-wise, but overall, exactly what you would expect for a 200,000 mile vehicle that's been garaged most of the time yet used in snow and rain and etc.
The thing is unstoppable in the snow, and the only reason I'm getting rid of it is because I don't have a 3 car garage. But I promised myself at 200,000 miles I would treat myself to a new vehicle and after 13 years, it's time.
