I have a simple question:

When utilizing your scroll dimmer for the instrument panel, does your tach/speedometer and fuel guages dim as well? No offense, but I am only asking this to 08 owners.

I have already been provided feedback tha the 2007 does.

For some reason, everything dims for me, including the the buttons to the lower left and south of the gear shifter, but NOT these three circular guages!!

I am trying to determine if this changed for a 2008 (safety feature) or if something is indeed wrong. Wondering if my aftermarket stereo (KVT-512) illum wire has anyhting to do with it.

What the hell am I missing?

Thanks for checking guys.

Now here is my next question.

I took out the dimmer and detached the clip from the switch.

I checked each port on the plug (there are 6 of them) w. a volt meter.

(4) of the wires have power, and two others do not.

Are all fo the wires supposed to have power?
