fender flares and other questions ?

ok well i just purchased a 91 4 runner today , 5 speed, 4cyl... 4x4

rear fender are rough !

where can i get decent fenders or big fender flares where i can just cut em and cover em up !

also where can i find some type of luggage rack/off road rack for my roof fore this thing ?
