Fiberglass and Coils

So i think I am going to try to put some baja fiberglass fenders on the front but I'm not sure what to get, or where to get them? I only want some small ones like 3"...
any help?

and also i am getting bigger coil springs in the front to lift the front just a little bit, and I want to paint them white, what would be the best paint to use that wont crack or peal off with mud or whatever?
