This is the final version of the 3rd Gen Swing Out Hybrid Rear Bumper.. We took the ideas we learned from ProudRunner and some suggestions from you all and this is what we came up with...

nice work jimmy, but are you still coming out with a plated rear bumper thats gonna match the front one? along with all the swing-out and tire carrier?


looks like your gonna need to make a lic. plate reloater on that jerry can plate or something :)

Looks like he does have a lic. plate mounting location under the jerry can...but I thought to be street legal you need a light on it...?

In TX you do need a light on the license plate holder. Also, not everyone will want the Jerry can holder.
 
Great craftsmanship... I just dunno how I feel about it yet. Dunno if I'm big on the dimple look. Could yall do a version without the dimples? What's the purpose of having them? I'm guessing rigidity. Allowing more flex in the steel without messing up other portions of the bumper In the event of a hit or torque.. I'm guessing? lol

I do like the approach angle you were aiming for and I like how yall did the sides.

Great job overall guys.

There is a spot for the Lic plate under the Jerry can... Also provides a mounting point to add one of those little lights to keep you legal
