Eddie Griffen was my neighbor when he used to play for the Houston Rockets. He had friends over all of the time, and there's speculations that they were doing drugs. He was even ucused of shooting his girlfriend. So, needless to say, we were glad when he moved out. I am not sure if anyone has bought his house yet, but it's still an eye sore to look at everytime I walk by it, and it's gotta be hurting my house value.
