After being Toyota-less for 3 years I recently bought a 1999 4Runner. Its an SR5 V-6 5 speed 4x4. Over the years I've owned a '92 pickup, two 2006 Tacomas, and a 2010 Tacoma. I bought the 4Runner to replace a Ford Focus for getting to work during the week, and for playing in the woods with without tearing up my '07 F-250.
I plan to do a mild lift and decent tires. It also needs a front bumper, but I might stick with a stock replacement.
