always wanted one of these , picked up an 02 Green SR5 Sport with 50k original miles. $14,500. I thought the low miles was worth the extra cash. Truck is totally mint not any wear at all. Must have been garage kept and softly driven.. only mod planned is for nav, any suggestions? woohoo

Congrats, and welcome to the board. that's very low mileage!!! When I first got my 01 about a year and half ago, it had 39k!! Now I'm at 64k.

No sunroof? I can't tell and don't see the deflector on the roof.
Some nice touches would be a color matching spoiler and hood struts and debadging out back and ... oh the list just goes on and on

It has the sunroof. Funny thing is that it was advertised as a 2002 which the trim is but the manufacture date is actually 06/01. Has pushbutton 4wd right on the shifter which I think was a change for 02'

So I'm wondering about the functionality of the 4WD , obviously the shifter is in lo or hi and pressing the button on the shifter engages the 4WD but what about that button on the dash?
In my 94 Toyota pickup it was just shift it into 4WD and off you go. but then I installed locking hubs so the axles weren't always spinning in 2WD..

Well of course you could always (for a cheap mod) take the running boards off and do clear lenses. Also, the mudflap mod for your rear mudflaps looks good (cutting off the black plastic that hangs low)
I'd spring for a 3" lift and some 285 BFG's. If you're going to spend the money on new tires though, it's prime opportunity to scour craigslist for some other wheels (I stick with Toyota wheels for that OEM look and the centercaps with Toyota emblems... I'm on my 4th set of Toyota rims)... Flat black Procomp extremes look awesome, though.

Nice find! I recently picked up the Eclipse AVN 6620 navigation-simple install and great unit. Others may have different units to recommend. There will be many mods in your future-take a couple of hours to spin around here and you will have lots on your wishlist.........Enjoy.

What does the button say? Is it a picture of the drive line with an X going through the middle? That's a locking center diff. If it says something along the lines of "RR Lock", it's an E-locker, correct fellas? Either one will allow you to drive past pretty much anything and anyone in mud, snow, and sand.

Hood struts-Burtman industries sells them. Redline Tuning developed them.You could save some money doing your own-RitzyRunner did his from Landcruiser rear window struts if I recall correctly. Search hood struts here or on Yota Tech or search RitzyRunner that guy has some wonderful mods.
Rear emblems-the only one that would leave markings would be the center Toyota symbol emblem near the rear wiper. The rest are simply glued on-well not simply-they are stuck on there pretty good. Fishing line or even dental floss will help you cut through the glue. Search "debadging" to get the full story before you get started. No paint work will be needed.
Let's see what you have on the dash regarding 4 wheel drive...but my ride is a manual tranny.
Another styling upgrade-Euro style side markers. Again RitzyRunner has done them. I have some Hella LEDs purchased- just working up the courage to cut my holes in the fenders.
