Finally picked it up

Cars direct>>AHHH
Sorry i could not elaborate last night i was worn out from the new purchase. HA HA. The dealership here in the bay area was excellent. They treated me great from the fleet sales person to the financial person. Very polite and friendly. Now for cars direct.... at first all was good. i made contact with an agent there and explained to him what i wanted. I had filled out the cars direct build your vehicle sheet witht the options i wanted sunroof, spolier, side air bags. He called and said he found the vehicle but it had and exhaust tip, fancy floor mats, and a rear cover over the cargo area. So it now cost a couple hundred more than we originally started with. Ok fine. I told him i wanted leather installed and he said ok. I talk to him the next day and he tells me forgot to find out about the leather but he did locate the vehicle. He tells me he needs a deposit to start the leather work. it is just a credit card hold only. I tell him i want the raised white letters on the tires to face the inside, he says no problem. he calls me back and says it is 100.00 extra. I say no way maybe the dealer should do it free. he syas they wont. i call amercias tire co and they quote me the same a 100.00. I tell the agent fine le the dealer do it. the day before i am to pick up the car we do the loan paperwork. I had already explained that i wanted to use my credit union as it had the lowest rate. All along the agent said no problem he would to. he then explains that they can't work with a lot of credit unions and if my loan agent wants po#s he can't give them etc... basically now for the first time he is saying we should not use my credit union. Long sory short, i get financing throught cars direct at a good rate. The day/evening before going to pick up the car he calls and says that he forgot to add in my lic/reg fees to my deal. he is so sorry. I check my paperwork and sure enough it was zeros. Now i am upset but mrs.Hot Rod is real upset. She calls him up and says no way. He aploigizes and says that cars direct only makes 300.00 on the sale and there is no way they can cover the error. he tells her that he will call us back and he never does. That was fri. @ 3;30 pm. I have not heard from him since. The car is perfect i have a small problem with the leather, which i will put in another post. Well what do you think? This was my first time not walking into the dealership into the fire but, i feel like i wnet down the same road.
