Finally Plasti-Dipped my wheels!

It's been a long time coming but finally had a full day to dedicate to the 4runner. Plasti-Dip is Anthracite Grey with 4 coats on each wheel. The wheels were so corroded I used a wire wheel on my power drill followed by 150 grit sandpaper. I could have spent another full day just doing prep work but time was not on my side. I'm happy with the results overall, my goal was to match the color of the cladding. After a coat of Meguiars Ultimate Black I think its pretty close. I was also able to get coat of cleaner wax, and finally a layer of Meguiars #26 (old school) carnuba wax on the rest of the truck.

This is the final result. Its sitting on 255/70/17, no lift, no spacers.

Invasion CPX. Picked it up last year as a 2012 leftover. It hasn't drawn any blood yet but hoping for a good 2014 season.

Is your cladding dipped as well or ? I have been strongly considering dipping my cladding because I'm tired of fighting with it.

Great bow! I have had the CPXL and Experience the past couple years. Shooting a Hoyt this year, but already miss my Bowtechs.

Cladding is original. i did spend about an hour applying a nice coat of Meguiars Ultimate Black. I'm hoping it lasts, I haven't had much luck with any other products to this point.
