Finaly did it 200,000

Sunday night at 9:14pm 9/9/07 rolled over 200,000 while driving down Thousand Oaks Blvd. Just happen to have my camera with me.

Hey, it's a Toyota. I've seen all kinds of high mileage Toyotas come through the dealership service department. It's really not that uncommon to see 300,000+ miles on a Toyota these days.

I would like to see that he really didn't take very good care of it! I read about a Taco that went over 700K miles with ONLY 2 clutches!

One of my guys at work just had the clutch replaced on his Tacoma at 250K miles. The truck used to belong to his son who pretty much beat on it, so I wouldn't doubt that the clutch was abused too.

My dad had a 91 toyota previa minivan we used to take it on summer road trips cross country. He just sold it last month with well over 300,000 miles. This van was not very well taken care of. All he ever did was change the oil and front brake pads, THATS IT. Everytime I saw it i was in awh that it was still alive. Last year I did a transmission fluid drain & fill. that was a mistake, since that the tranny started acting up sometimes and that's why he got rid of it before it got worst.

My friend's parents had '90 Previa that did over 240k, he said they only thing they did to it was they had to use thicker motor oil like, 20w-50. Other than that, he said that thing ran like a champ and his dad swears by Toyota and nothing else.
