First 4Runner!

I bought my wife a 4Runner back in March (I have a '13 Taco). It's an '02 V6 SR5 2WD with leather interior (aftermarket) and the Limited fender flares (seem to be factory installed). It had 146,600 miles on it when we got it and just passed 148,000. The interior was in immaculate condition with nothing more than minor (1/4-1/2") vinyl tear on the dashboard.

It needed a little work, but I've gotten most of it done since then. So far, I've done the following (within the last ~1500 miles/3 months):

  • Valve cover gaskets and semi-circular plugs (leaking)
  • Plenum gaskets (I was there and they were cheap)
  • Throttle body gasket (I was there and it was also cheap)
  • Good throttle body/plenum cleaning
  • Cleaned MAF sensor (with MAF sensor cleaner)
  • Spark Plugs
  • Transmission fluid and filter (pan fluid only)
  • Alignment
  • Air filter
  • Front Passenger door seal (cleaned and reattached)
  • Shocks, struts, and strut mounts (reused coil springs)
  • Stabilizer bar links
  • Rack bushings (they were really bad and I replaced with Energy Suspension polyurethane)
  • Brake shoes (along with parking brake adjustment)
  • Added Fumoto valve at oil change (never used one, but thought I'd try it)

I have new fuel injector seals and meant to do them when I was doing the valve cover gaskets, but I didn't have time. I will get to them eventually.

It had a tune-up, timing belt, water pump, front brake pads & oxygen sensors done at ~125K (previous owner provided documentation). I know I'm coming up on the 150k mile service, so I'm wondering what I should do next. I've looked around and found a few other threads on 150k mile services on this site and others, but I've already done a lot of what they suggest very recently.

When I had it aligned, the shop I took it to said everything was solid, but they also missed the ridiculous play in the rack bushings. Since I've had it off the ground a few times, I have done the usual checks on the ball joints and they seem fine. Even still, I have considered replacing them since one of the uppers needs a new boot and I would like greasable lowers. What else should I consider for a 150k mile service? Control arm bushings (they look fine, though)? Differential fluid?

I'd drain/refil the diff fluid, replace the ball joints, consider the radiator, too.

I'm picking up some differential fluid today, and will probably do it next weekend. Not sure when I will have time for ball joints, especially if I need tot take the uppers to get pressed in/out. Any suggestion on a manufacturer for the radiator? Considering ordering this one from Rock Auto.

Thanks!

I *believe* that Koyo are the ones people are using. I've not done mine yet. Might just flush it and refill. I've only got 119k
