This might have been covered before but im new to the forum and not sure how to search for specific questions so i appologize if im a broken record

i have a 2017 trd off road with 1600 miles and there is a strange noise in the dash or pedals somewhere every time the vehicle first starts foreward motion - almost like the brake booster powering up or something but im not sure thats why im asking - it only happens once every time the vehicle is started then will do it again if it is turned off and when foreward motion is started again - i would say about 5mph is probably the trigger speed - any help on if this is normal or not would be greatly appreciated

For future reference: http://www.toyota-4runner.org/5th-g...ner-owner-need-help-searching-start-here.html

Also... go to google, and plug in: 4Runner, 5th gen, what you are looking for....

It will bring you back to this forum every time.

:hatsoff:

thank you all - just seems weird that a $40k automobile has to make this noise at all - never had another vehicle that did it
