Hi guys i have just bought my first 4x4 a 94 4runner 3.0.So i have a few questions and the od problem i hope you people can help me with.
After picking her up from a for court today her spare wheel was in the back as i was told all 5 tyres just been replace now im not sure how it fits underneath ir looks like something might be missing i have about 6-8 inch of cable a knob with a spring around it,it looks like the cable should retract whe pulled but dont think it does,so help please in putting that back.no manual came with the truck at all
found the jack (looks like it has never been used ) wound it all the way up and about 3 inches to short ha ha ha am i missing something here what if i have a flat does it mount somewhere that i dont know about or is it best me buying an after market jack ( recomendations please )
And finally .. i bought this beauty for a reason the mrs has been going on for about a year to go across the channel and spend a fortnight at a time going up and through the piranese just the two of us and the 2 dogs. ( if anybody knows of a trail that is great let me know ) so i will shortly be buying a roof tent but thats where my klnowledge ends, what do i need for the truck to get her mini expedition ready, have already got a set of 33.12.5.r15 ( have all the knowledge about the lifts i require for this )given to me by a friend but to save me a lot of trouble when i am over their i want to be ready and prepared now.
