First Toyota

Today I picked up my first Toyota. I got a 2004 4Runner Ltd. V8 with 29000 miles. I have been reading postings on this forum to help answer questions before I bought. So I thank you all for the information I have already gotten. I just wanted to say hi and I look forward to owning this vehicle and learning as much as I can from you guys.

Do any of you guys know of a good mechanic around the Boulder Colorado area?

I agree with swimmer2361. That T4R still young and doesnt need a mechanic for years to come unless the previous owner did not took care of it. All you have to do is change the oil regularly and other scheduled maitenance which most of it you can do it yourself. If something else is wrong, you can ask the experts here to tell you step by step of what to do and learn from that.

Welcome to the forum.

I have 127k on mine and outside of T-belt,brakes and other normal maintenance I've only had to replace the axle seals.


p.s. the Lakers won't get out of the first round
