Ha thanks man, I did like that sticker. It was re-purposed on a cooler. I go through phases where I like stickers, currently in one where I wasn't feeling them on the exterior.

I did look at the ST Maxx also, I ultimately picked the STT Pros because I wanted to run a mud terrain.
The ST Maxx were second on my list, I heard a lot of good things about them online and from people I know who run them.

Addicted Offroad Sliders
Finally had my Addicted Offroad sliders welded onto the truck. Had the pinch welds trimmed to tuck the sliders nice and tight. They still need paint, but I'm impatient so here are some photos. Actually a lot of photos. I stepped up to a full frame DSLR so I may be overboard with photos for a bit.

Boring update on some items that have been replaced over the past 6-ish months.
This past weekend I replaced the front transfer case output seal. Used this awesome write-up by [MENTION=44220]BigFishAllDay[/MENTION] - http://www.toyota-4runner.org/3rd-g...ut-shaft-oil-seals-how-diyers.html#post904595
It went smoothly until I put the little skid plate on the bottom of the transfer case. Torque spec for the transfer case skid plate mounting bolts is supposed to be 28 ft/lbs, but that was enough to shear the head off 1 of the bolts which is irritating because I'm not about to drill that thing out of the transfer case. I have a solid track record of shearing bolts on this truck. Not sure why I bothered torquing the bolts for hat mini skid, tight-ish would have been fine. Hindsight...
Some other things that have been done -
October @ 192,xxx miles:
- Stant 170* thermostat
- Replaced Denso IK22 spark plugs (had about 50k on them)
- Steering rack bushings
November:
The brake booster went out. The pedal would get very hard at the bottom of the travel, and I could hear the vacuum leak. Replaced with a unit from DeathCougar. February @ 196,xxx miles:
Out of the blue the starter began grinding on start-ups. Took it in to a buddy and he found the bearing plate was separating from the starter housing, it was basically eating itself. Luckily the flex plate was fine. Had it replaced with a remanufactured Denso.
I'm approaching 198,000 miles, so it's time for timing belt and water pump. It needs a new supercharger belt too, I'll probably have all the belts and tensioners/pulleys (not the supercharger ones) replaced while I'm at it. It needs valve cover gaskets too, but I may tackle that one myself.
Also, I have a very slow leak from the front diff at the passenger side where the CV flange meets the diff. Slow enough that it doesn't drip onto the ground, so I'm holding off on chasing this down for now.

Before Moab in March I finally installed some turnbuckles to hold my drawers down, almost 2 years after putting them in the truck. I put eyebolts through the top surface of the drawers, then hooked the turnbuckles between the eyebolts and the stock tie-downs behind the rear seats. I went through the top because it was easier, and they are far enough back that most items hit the slanted seatbacks and won't slide back enough to hit the nuts anyways.

I guess in drawer news too, last summer I installed handles and latches on the drawers, not that the duct tape handles before weren't awesome.The handles are just cabinet handles, they were like $3/ea at Home Depot. The latches are sash locks for windows, maybe $5/ea, they have held up alright and they hold the drawers closed so that's good enough for me. You can see them in this picture:

This past weekend I replaced the front transfer case output seal. Used this awesome write-up by [MENTION=44220]BigFishAllDay[/MENTION] - http://www.toyota-4runner.org/3rd-g...ut-shaft-oil-seals-how-diyers.html#post904595
It went smoothly until I put the little skid plate on the bottom of the transfer case. Torque spec for the transfer case skid plate mounting bolts is supposed to be 28 ft/lbs, but that was enough to shear the head off 1 of the bolts which is irritating because I'm not about to drill that thing out of the transfer case. I have a solid track record of shearing bolts on this truck. Not sure why I bothered torquing the bolts for hat mini skid, tight-ish would have been fine. Hindsight...

The brake booster went out. The pedal would get very hard at the bottom of the travel, and I could hear the vacuum leak. Replaced with a unit from DeathCougar. February @ 196,xxx miles:
Out of the blue the starter began grinding on start-ups. Took it in to a buddy and he found the bearing plate was separating from the starter housing, it was basically eating itself. Luckily the flex plate was fine. Had it replaced with a remanufactured Denso.
I'm approaching 198,000 miles, so it's time for timing belt and water pump. It needs a new supercharger belt too, I'll probably have all the belts and tensioners/pulleys (not the supercharger ones) replaced while I'm at it. It needs valve cover gaskets too, but I may tackle that one myself.

Its a 285, yes. It's worn down to about 7/32" and deflated to like 10 psi. If I did it over again I would find a 17" wheel and run a 255/75/17 which is 32" (good enough for the spare) but doesn't hang down as far as the 285 and you don't have to deflate it. The 255s are easy to find on Craigslist because they come on the stock Rubicons.

Haha apparently I don't post enough. Thanks! The locker hasn't given me any trouble. I've had it in for somewhere around 35,000 miles. It takes some getting used to daily driving (it can be clunky and it clicks around corners), and in 4-low it's basically always locked which is good or bad depending on your viewpoint. It takes away some drivability, but the second you take the truck away from stock you lose drivability.
If I could go back I wouldn't change it, because it was a cost-benefit decision. I wanted a locker, but didn't have the cash for an e-locker swap or an ARB. I bought this used and installed it in a buddy's garage so it was very cost effective. Detroit lockers are a better (but more expensive) version of the auto-locker so if I did another auto I would consider one of those.
