Nice pics! Dome Plateau, Hells Revenge, and Sevenmile Rim are on my list for next time. That's crazy that both of them broke their sway bar at the same exact place. Mine ripped out of the mounts on that side too on Fins n Things. Strange...

Thanks dude! I would recommend all of those for sure. Yeah pretty wild about the sway bars, and that's interesting yours pulled out on the same side. On a different trip another guy had his sway bar pull out of both mounts and wedge into his rear springs.

Awesome pictures, and thank you for the invite! I really wish I could have completed the trip, but there is always next year.

I've always wanted to check out Dome Plateau, did you go through the wash? You can actually get all the way back to I-70 if you go through the Poison Strip and head up to Yellow Cat.

So we really wanted to go see the mining buildings on Dome Plateau, which are closest to the "end" of the trail. We ran a bit of the beginning, turned around and went back to the highway and drove up to the end of the trail and ran it backwards until we hit the mining buildings. Then drove out the way we came and headed home. I'd like to do the whole trail sometime, but it seems like you would want a GPS, there are a lot of different routes...

Big wheel stand on the bottom of Wipeout Hill. I was too far to the passenger side here. I backed down and went up further on the driver side.

Moab again

I was in Moab a few weeks ago for a couple nights in the tent. Ran Fins n Things with two stock FJs and a stock Tundra, did really well for having a couple inexperienced drivers. Also ran up to Gemini Bridges.

Finally fixed up the drawers a little bit. Added lock-in/lock-out slides and some outdoor carpet from Lowes after treating the top with polyurethane to waterproof it.

Pictures look great. I always just read through the last few pages and finally found time to look through and read the whole thing. I love the white F5s, nice touch for sure.

Never seen a broken sway bar either! Holy hell haha. No broken links, just the actual bar?
