Five Chirps

2024 Limited. I'm at a loss why I randomly hear 5 short beeps that occur seemingly randomly while I'm driving. It's not the same as the 3 beeps I get when I cross a line without a blinker. It's lower pitched and slower than the beeps I get when the front bumper gets close to a stationary object. No warning lights to indicate what's up. Any clues?

I read the entire manual when I bought this most excellent SUV a year ago, and don't recall if there was 5 beeps mentioned.

Could be the cross traffic sensor that detects traffic passing behind you. I think it has a different beep and still surprises me when it goes off.

Definitely sounds like something to do with the safety sense

It may be the cross traffic warning chime. Next time I'm in a busy parking lot, I'll sit in reverse to see what happens when another car goes by.
