FJ Cruiser Fog Light Switch For 4Runner Question

Hello everyone. I don't know if this has been talked about about or not and I can't find any answers utilizing the search feature. I just purchased two FJ Cruiser fog light switches from ebay and placed them in the empty slots in the center console between the front seats. Does anyone know the part number for the wiring harness that connects to the back of the switch so that I can splice a set of aftermarket fog lights into the harness? If so does anyone have a wiring diagram which tells me which color is designated for what?
Also on a side note, I just added a set of air horns to my ride and the install went flawlessly. The only problem I had was finding a good place to run the wire through the firewall. In the meantime, I just ran the wire through the exterior panels and into the door jam until I figure a good way without screwing anything up. Can anyone help with this one?? Is there already a good hole that I can pass a few wires through beacuse I attempted and they just werent going through. I am trying not have to drill an additional hole in the fire wall if it can be avoided. If I get enough requests, I'll post some pictures of the install. plus since my last posting of my lift, I got some new Goodyear Duratracs so I have to pull out the old camera anyways and post them up.

look on the side of the brake fluid canister on the firewall, you should see a black rubber plug. if you have it on the 08, remove it, & drill a hole in it large enough, you will then have to polk a hole thru the insulation behind it to footwell.

Here is the wiring diagram:
Pin 1: Backlight Illumination Power
Pin 2: Ground for Illumination circuit
Pin 3: Switch Power (hook up to acc fuse)
Pin 4: out to light relay
Pin 5: Switch on indicator (you can hook this up to Pin 4)
Pin 6: Ground for power indicator circuit

you have 2 options when it comes to the harness. you can either buy the parts (harness around $5 and 6 repair splices at $4.09 a piece = $29.54) or buy the full wiring harness from TRDSparks.com for $23.50 Link and just clip off one end.

That was very helpful. Thanks Kevin....I am going to order that harness this week. Its sems a lot easier to just purchase the entire harness assembly and then cut off what you need rather than making one from seperate parts which costs more anyways.

This switch pin-out is upside down - the correct pin-out is as follows:
P1: Illumination Power for Switch Light ON (+12V) - (Red w/Blue on Harness)
P2: Ground for Illumination (Black)
P3: +12V Power (Green w/ Purple)
P4: Out to Relay (Red w/ Green)
P5: Backlight Ground (Brown)
P6: BackLight Power (Purple)

FYI if you're using this switch for aftermarket lights. I'm hooking up a set of PIAA 540 Driving lights mounted on my bull bar this weekend. I'll have them come on with the switch ON and High beam dimmer on High Beam.....

To just get wires through the firewall grommet? Tape them to a long screwdriver or something similar and then push?

That's how I pass all sorts of wiring through, best to avoid drilling extra holes in the firewall that "might" allow water into the cabin.
