FJ Cruiser Head Unit?

Has anybody installed the FJ Cruiser Head Unit into their 3rd gen? Does anyone know if this is a decent head unit? I've seen a few people who have done the Scion HU install. The Scion units are pretty cheap on ebay nowadays. I saw a few FJ units on there for about $100 but I am unsure of it's quality and compatibility. Any body have pics of their Scion HU installed in their 3rd gen?

There's a picture in that thread. I don't know how he did it, because I tried and couldn't get it to fit. He must have sanded down a few areas or something.

I've read that you have to do some significant trimming to get the Scion HU to fit. I haven't tried myself but I am interested in replacing the stock radio. With the new FJs out now, I was wandering if their HU's have to be trimmed as well and if they are decent and compatible with 3rd gen 4runners?
