I see quite a bit of ads for FJ owner's or dealerships selling rock rails (sliders) made by Toyota for the FJ. Have any 4R owners checked to see if these will fit on a 4th gen 4R? They are cheaper than most other options currently available for 4R owners but I am not sure if they are as rugged or if they are just beefed-up nerf bars and more for looks than for function. The mounting points may not be as strong as pure sliders should be but this is only from what I have seen in pictures. I have not seen them in person. Would be nice to know if they are truly another option for sliders and if so are they a good option?
