I was wondering if any of you guys knew what fj cruiser parts are compatable with the 4th gen 4runners, or if any other toyota parts are too.

I also forgot to ask, If I used the shocks and springs would it lift my 4runner? and how much of a lift would it be also both front and rear springs and shocks are useable?

lol, jk. Both shocks and springs are interchangeable with 4th Gen 4Runners for FJ model years '07-'09 (and maybe '10, not sure though). Will give you about an 1"+ in the front and about 0.5" in the rear, depending on your engine.
