FJ Spring with Xreas (DS+RB)

currently I have the xreas system on my 4runner, I just finish up installing daystar 2.5/1.5 lift kit plus RB 1.5 body kit, and looking to get it lifted alittle higher and was wondering if I were to get FJ spring installed in the front and rear would this make my ride any higher, maybe 1/2 inch higher?

Most likely 0-0.5 in the rear & 0.5-1 in the front
