FJ Summit 2015

So pumped for this year. I have a camping spot at the KOA in Ouray but am currently working out the possibility of renting a house from a family friend. If I get the house Ill have extra rooms to rent and will also be looking to get rid of my KOA reservation.

Anyone down to throw down on renting a big cushy house at the foothills of the San Juans??

We're also going to be at the KOA, but keep me posted about the house, I may be interested if the price is right and if its pet friendly

if you can overlook the fact that im posting a jeep video, this is a great one of wheeling the Ouray area that has been keeping me pumped up...

I went to the very first one and it was a lot of fun. There are a ton more people that go now compared to the beginning. I'm sure everyone will have a great time.

I keep wanting to go over every nut and bolt on my 4Runner, and make sure everything is perfect before I go because I'll be so far from home. Then I remember I drive a toyota, and peace of mind is why I bought it. I'll be joining a group of fj's in Moab and running top of the world on the way. What trails are you guys running at the summit? I'll be on the following

Thursday Trail Run: Alpine Loop (Engineer and Cinnamon Passes) at 08:30 AM
Friday Trail Run: Poughkeepsie Gulch at 08:20 AM
Saturday Trail Run: California Pass and Corkscrew Gulch at 07:40 AM

Better hurry! What do you plan on doing before heading out? I ordered some EBC pads today, my current pads are right on the verge and I figured now is as good a time as any to change them... are any of you bringing your pets? We're bringing our pup for his first road trip/offroading, anyone have any tips?

I need to install the cb radio, mount my new Treds to the roof rack, and change the oil. May even throw in a new set of spark plugs. I also want to install the satoshi grill but not sure if I'll get to that before the summit.

I'm taking my dad and my kids with me. Should be interesting.

Im antsy with anticipation..... I gf keeps catching me sitting in the garage just starring at the rig. Shes jealous......

I will be attending as well. This will be my 3rd year in a row! It is a great event and amazing scenery. Looking forward to meeting a few of you out there. I am sure there will be a few TRD Pro TR4Rs but if you see an Inferno Red with a Gobi Stealth rack, ladder, hi-lift jack, axe, shovel, lifted, sliders, and rolling on 285 Goodyear MTRs, please stop and say hello.

CB installed but I don't think I'll have time to get it tuned so hopefully it works ok out of the box and doesn't self destruct. Couple more odds and ends to do. Don't think I'll get to changing the trans fluid either.
