FJ suspension and 4R

Looking to get a stiffer/better ride on a budget and have read that FJ stuff gives that. Going to be installing the Toytec 3/2 spacer lift on 2010 SR5. Found guys on the FJ site selling thier front coilovers/rear shocks for good prices. My question is whether thses parts are 1: an improvement, 2: will fit with the lift, and 3: if its worth it in general. Novice and couldnt find anything specific to my questions.

the 5th gen is heavier than the the FJ, i would assume the 5th already has stiffer and or longer springs on it. OME has them with the same rate but different lengths. I dont think FJ springs will help at all.

i would stay away from the FJ parts (shocks mostly), you need different shocks cause of weight differences.
