FJ Suspension and Daystar Spacer

I just bought a full FJ suspension with springs and black Tokico shocks. I'm thinking about buying the Daystar spacers as well. Are these the right kind to buy?

Fronts:

I want the back end to still be a little taller then the front. Would the spacers be cheaper on any other sites? I apologize if I sound like a green horn.. Any help would be great, thanks in advance...

Those should do a pretty good job of leveling it out. I'd advise checking 4wheelparts for the spacers, they usually have a sale going on that makes them cheaper. Wheeler's Off Road is another good site to order Daystar products from.

i have the exact same FJ suspension in my truck. so i would think you would get similar results like this.

just make sure on that rear spacer. it is the same part number on the DS website but it says 1.5" and not 2". either way that is the one that i am using and i got it from 4wheelparts for $39 when it was on sale. damn its $130 now. i guess i scored.

i found the link to the ones that i got. they are for FJC and are 1.5" they are still on sale at 4wheelparts for $39

Why is the 1.5" rear lift $39, the 2" rear lift $119 and then 2.5" is $131? I have 1.5 on mine and its sits about level(nose high on some surfaces). I wish I would have went a little higher in the back, but cant justify those prices.

i know. don't know why they are so different in price. SO i called daystar and talked to a technical person over there. he looked at the specs of both of the different spacers (KT09118BK for the 4R and the KT09127BK for the FJC) and said that the only differences that he could see is the way the bump stop sits on the spacer. so there is a difference at the top someway. the dimensions and the way the spacer seats on top of the spring is the same and since the factory bump stop is retained that will seat in correctly. not really sure but its $100 cheaper and is working just fine for me =)

I definitely agree. In my case though I could use the extra .5 or 1" in the back. I have what you have in the back now..but there is ZERO rake (we have different front spacers). Most of the time there is about an inch more gap on the front when compared to the rear. Just doesnt make sense for a 1.5" spacer to be $40 and a 2" to be $130 haha.

I have the 1.25" front spacer and 1.5" rear spacer (same as euy) and love the look. Also, I paid about $40 for each pair, new. I bought front from Wheeler's and rear from 4WheelParts locally. Would buy both from 4WheelParts if I did it again because they were cheaper on sale and I didn't have to pay for shipping.

Thanks all for the help and advice. I think I will go with the 1.5 instead of the 2 in the rear.. Cant justify spending the extra cash for .5 inch...
