FJ suspension = How much lift (if any)

I am curious what the FJ suspension does for the 4th gen. Is it just stiffer ride and more travel? Or will it lift the 4runner as well, and if so how much lift would be gained on a 03 v8 sr5 awd? I just put the daystar 2.5/1.5 kit on and I already want bigger

You will see on the chart in ARK's post that each vehicle has a little bit different end result, even though its the same vehicle, same setup
I think the ride is so much better than stock. Its firmer in a good way, little to no nose dive when breaking, turns feel much more stable.

You should see ~.5" front, .25" rear based on what I've seen.

I see you posting the .5" int he front and .25" in the rear but the chart says 2-3" and thats a lot!

I'm not on the chart yet, but I got just about exactly what I expected from my set-up... from the springs: 1" front and 11/16" rear. I added an additional 1" to the front with spacers to level it out. Perfect stance and the ride is WAY better then stock!
