fj80 coil lift questions

I know some of you guys have used the fj80 coils for lift. I've found cheap set of springs with these specs:

20.25" Blue Yellow White 8.75 wraps

19.5" Green Yellow White 8.25 wraps

These came off a lx450.

According to the lift FAQ these would give 4-5 inches of lift. Is this correct?

Also, for those of you that have done this what shock did you pair with them?

It would be really tall, I wouldn't go any higher than 8 wraps, mine sit at around 4", so I'd imagine the taller springs would be at least 4.5".

I run stock FJ80 Shocks with my 8 wraps.

I thought it would be be really tall. It just came to mind last night cause I saw a set of springs for $50. Guess. my hunt will continue

I don't know about the springs but I put brand new fj80 shocks on my runner and I really like them. They are tough and help smooth out the ride a lot. If I had better coils it would ride like a dream.

I run FJ80 monotubes from ProComp... pretty good deal IMO. I love hearing the "Woosh" sound when going over bumps.
