Just came across this. I am in Niceville if anyone is interested in getting together. I could use some tips on better working on my ride. I do head over to Tally sometimes, cousin lives there, and down to Perry for the Mud Bogs.

I pass by you here and there on the turnpike, and it looks like there is some potential off roading to do off to the sides of the TP. Is that true? Can we access that at all?

I wouldn't know for sure but I'm doubtful you could...

I do know there's some action around Ocala and Tampa but I've not been wheeling in some time and just move here from ATL. a couple years ago.
When time and money permits it I do want to get back on some trails...like the good old days!

I'm headed to Ocala NF this Sunday with a group of guys from JeepForum.com for a trail ride. Last time I went out with them I had a Jeep but they don't seem to mind that I switched teams.

Awesome. Maybe next Sunday the 25th? I really need to look at a calendar still but I'm pretty sure I could get out there that day. I've only got a shovel and a tow strap so getting stuck won't be high on my list unless we can find some more people to join us.

Im still really new to Ocala so I can't even say I've been to the places you've names. Id like to see this get rolling too though. Id rather not get have to use facebook. How about the exposition portal? Its vehicle independent and the jeep guys I go riding with post their rides there as well. The fl land rover club does as well.

I might have misspoke. There aren't really groups that found over there. However, id like to use ExPo for posting rides since there are more then just T4Rs over there. We'll draw a better crowd id think. Keep the FB group open for sure though but cross post to ExPo. I don't like or use FB so I'll miss anything posted over there. As will many others I'm sure. Off roading isn't just for T4Rs.
