Hey Ya'll,
Well, I have been actually snooping around the site for a while now. I am the proud owner of a 1997 Limited, 2wheel drive. Probably more then anything, I am proud most of the fact that it has 251,000 miles on it. I picked it up for around 3K a few years ago, and haven't really done anything except use it as a daily and work truck.
Recently, I backed into another employee's car at work, and further damaged my lift gate. Well, needless to say, I now have a couple of bucks to work with.
I have purchased new '99 aftermarket headlights, new front and rear bumpers, and a lightly used lift gate. This along with a few cans of Herculiner, which is a Rhinoliner do it yourself kit, have got me jonesing to clean my truck up. It has been several years since I did any modding on trucks and cars, but that itch is back.
Goal is a Pre-Runner, type beachable wagon. Mainly cause I have a 2wheel drive, but have to drive dirt roads and drag things to the beach all the time. I'm just going with what I have.
This site so far has been real helpful in guiding and adding to my condition, and I look forward to seeing more of ya'll's pics, posts, and how to's.
Cheers
