Flashing 4wd lights and 4wd doesn't work

The lights are constantly flashing and the 4wd doesn't work.

The green 4wd high is blinking already

Today when I was driving home from work the center diff lock and 4lo started blinking. Sip what to do to trouble shoot it

You need a Toyota compliant scantool to pull the DTCs out of the 4WD module.
