Flat Black steel wheels for Gen2..Portland

Anyone in Portland know where to get steel wheels 15x8 round hole for my 1995?
Les Schwab has glossy D-Holes, and 4 Wheel Parts on 82nd had shiny round holes even thou their catalog says they have the flat black. No go. I was there today.
I'm willing to pay retail, because i want brand new ones. I don't want to mail-order them....
