flat towing a 96 runner?

What is the reason you're not supposed to be able to flat tow an automatic 96 4runner? Can't you just put the transfer case in N ? What would burn up (if anything) the transfer case or thetrans.?

^ yup. Load it onto the trailor crawl under and take it out. Your not supposed to flat tow any rear wheel drive vehicle flat tow but well im cheap and that dolly is cheaper from u-haul than the "proper" trailor
