i went to fj in vegas to pick up my 05 v8 4x4 sport as i couldn't find a used one around phoenix. seemed helpful at first.

manny in sales and the sales manager turned out to be sleazeballs. i work in sales and i understand that you don't make promises you can't keep. i couldn't get them to do dumb things like provide the second key and alarm set. they wanted me to pay them for it or go to a different dealer after i moved to nc.

they have a complaint team that was absolutely livid when i told them everything that happened. the ladies i spoke to, specifically pattie, were incredibly helpful at cleaning up the mess that manny and the sales manager created. in the end, simply doing their jobs would have avoided headaches and a bbb complaint.
i would recommend avoiding this dealership.

It runs in the family. Fletcher Jones MB of Newport Beach here in OC is suck too. I took my wife's car there couple times and never come back again. The reason couple times because I used to worked near by.

Talk to Robert, the Internet Sales Manager, at Findlay - for all folks in the Vegas area.

He's one of us, actually wheels his 2003 T4R, good guy.

Glad to hear somebody had a good experience at Findley. I had nothing but trouble from those clowns. I bought a Pilot from Findley Honda in Henderson and it was smooth as can be. Then I tried to buy an FJ or a 4Runner from the Toyota dealership there and got nothing but lie after lie and rude treatment. I guess you spend $32,000 with somebody and attempt to drop another 32 grand with their business within a month and they feel like they can treat you like dirt. Their internet department was awful.

One good thing to come out of this whole Toyota recall mess, is that some of their dealers are going to HAVE to become more receptive and friendly. They've gotten by on the Toyota name and acted like jerks for far too long.

I wouldn't deal with Findley again either. For those of you in Vegas, look north. Menlove Toyota in Bountiful, Utah is pretty good usually (if you get the right person).

I'm brutal. I would tell crap in front of their faces in front of their co-workers and in front of their customers. Haven't done it here in CO yet. But a lotta times in Cali.
