The safest points for jacks and jack stands is on the frame itself.
If you use the axle or front suspension arms you still have the variable of the suspension, hich can allow for movement.
Put the jackstands on the frame by the main frame rails going front to back.
Rear you can use the axle pumpkin to jack it up, bu realize that the axle droops a lot once you let it hang.
In the front you will notice there is a big hole in the skid plate. it is in the middle and at the back end of the front skid plate. You will see there is reinforcement to be ble to jack it up by it. But it only takes 4 bolts to drop the front skid. I always do it and would recommend to drop the front skid. You will then see the frame cross bar where you can jack it up.
