Florida School Shooting

This thread will be shut down not due to civility but rather folks are embarrassed about the dumpster fire administration they can barely defend.

Reality has a liberal bias.

One positive thing I’ve noticed about this tragedy is the ton of positive press that has focused on the student survivors and their message and little to no press on the shooter himself.

I've tried, I even listed out gun control measures that I want as a gun owner and keep asking for others to do the same

Gun control is constitutional, it doesn't violate the 2nd amendment, so what gun control is reasonable?

yeah, so have I

A simple “no I cannot” would suffice.

I don't need to as it's a waste of time anyway with you and the others here that are ruled by emotion. It's easily proven by looking it up. The guy divided throughout his whole 8 years. Mostly using race to do it.

I think for a gun control argument thread this has been remarkably civil.

It's typical.. Name calling, knee jerk reactions and ideas from the left while the right uses facts and the constitution to keep their rights. Yeah pretty typical

on what planet is this even remotely a political issue? this is what actions can we take as a responsible society to prevent or reduce the likelihood of more children getting shot in this country, and reduce the possibility of mass shootings in general, it should be an intelligent logic based discussion... but it isn't

How is it not a political issue when...Not even 1 hour after this tragedy we had a the left calling for gun control. Can't even pay respects before using these tragedies for political purposes. Every tragedy is an opportunity to advance the agenda for them.

March 24th is the "march for our lives rally" organized by david hogg and his tide pod eating buddies, I encourage everyone to march to their local gun store and buy a gun on this day.

This is normal for the left to politicize tragedy to push an agenda. What i find odd is how they are ignoring the FBI and local police who royally goofed up on this one.

Unfortunately.....

Campaign fundraising on the backs of dead children. Can I call that disgusting or will that be misconstrued as “name calling?”

That’s politics. Anyone want to see a change vote. But here is my opinion, Little will change because most of the country is apethetic. I take the time to understand the politicians stance and history before casting a vote. Wanna bet how many legal voters cannot even tell you the name of the Vice President? You ever see Howard Stern or I think it was David Letterman hit the street and ask basic questions....I use to think that was funny until I grew up and saw how disgusting/stupid people can be.

Kids in Florida

I am glad to see them not letting this go. It’s the younger generation that needs to be involved if anything is going to change. They will get a stark reality check when they see this is a money and power thing.

The whole young people thing is a joke, this is clearly funded and pushed by much more powerful forces. The students who disagree are quickly silenced. The good thing is the American people young and old overwhelmingly do not trust the government or the media and will refuse any type of gun control legislation.

If any of that were true you could cite your sources to back up your nonsense.

Here’s your chance.
