fluid types in my 88 1st gen t4r 5 speed... pls help

ive been serching and also downloaded a fsm but nothing i found for my 1988 t4r with the 3vze v6 3.0

- what type of coolant? red or green?
- 5 speed manual trans fluid type?
- front rear diffs oil type?
- transfer case oil type?
- brake fluid type?

just wanna add oem types of fluid. nothing such as royal purple. just whatever toyota recommends.

The 5 spd uses 75W90 GL4 or 5. About 3.5 qts.
The t-case uses about 1.5 qts of the same.
The diffs use 90W or 80W90 (easier to find) GL5, about 4.5 qts total.
Brake fluid is DOT3 or better.
Your choice of coolant color.
Power steering uses ATF.
