I just purchased a 99 limited with 177,000. I am the 3rd owner. The truck is mint inside and out! No service records though but with the way the truck looks I think it was serviced on time? So with that what should I do first? Transmisson flush is my primary concern and timing belt replacement.

I've heard some horror stories with flushing a transmission with high miles. I would change all fluids in the 4runner.
- Timing belt/water pump/cooling system
- Transmission fluid change
- Oil change
- Check diffs for leaks, as well as transfer case and other signs of leaks.
- Change diff fluids.
- Check swaybar bushings and endlinks
- Make sure 4WD system works (4H, 4L, CDL) (if applicable)
- Check rotors and pads.
- and probably some more that others will post.
