FM/AM radio antenna in window?

I am mounting a fire/police scanner antenna on one of the rear side windows- which one has the antenna in it? I thought I would use the opposite site to avoid interference, just in case there is any.

There is an antenna on both sides.

Yep, both sides -- it's a diversity antenna system.

Any idea if an antenna mounted on the glass similar to the old cell-phone style would interfere with the factory antennas?
