foam seal

I was wondering if anyone could tell me what I can use to prevent water from going inside my new tail light. It seems like that my foam-like seal isn't thick enough to prevent water leak inside. Where can I get this type of foam sealant? Is it easy to apply on? How much? Thanks.

Foam? Not the best for a sealant. Pick up some black silicone and try that. An auto parts or hardware store should have it.
