Fog lamp question

I know some of you guys have done the fog lamp mod, so you can independently switch the fog lamps on w/o having to turn on the headlights.

What I noticed, is that it's possible to connect the fog lamp switch to the park lights. Toyota (USA, cuz the Toyota in the Philippines has theirs connected to the park lights) in America has it connected to the headlamps. I was wondering if there's a way to connect the fog lamps to turn on in park light mode w/o turning on the headlights? Anyone tried or have any knowledge of going about it?

I know a lot of Filipinos can easily do this, because this is what Filipinos do best in their country! So I was wondering if anyone can give me directions (im not good at these things) or an idea on how to change it! I want to be able to use my foglamps (not as DRL) w/o the headlamps during certain times (yes i know it's illegal to only use them at night, and that's not what im planning on doing)...

Thanks.. =)

whoops... sori double post... :bash:

Yes it is possible my friend..

similar to what i had told you but this time (easier way) is to tap a wire coming from the relay to the parking light wire (splice it but don't cut it)

ohhh... haha.. saving on airtime minutes friend? lol.. joke! anyways, ok jst help me out one of these days! ;)

Btw since it would be connected to the park lights, it would be connected to the auto off if i leave them on right? :D
