Hi,

In some articles I could read several friends who are interested in fog lamps without bulb cover.

the lamps exist, corresponding to the SUV fortunner please check below OEM parts numbers to see if your local dealer can help.

RH Fog lamp 81210-0K050
LH Foh lamp 81220-0K050

I replace the OEM bulbs for 3000k HID Mcculloch

I'm outside of North America in South America where it sells the model Fortunner, so I could locate the headlights, see some pictures.

Please excuse my english.

I guess I don't understand the question. If the bulbs are halogen (or most ANY bulbs for that matter), don't you NEED lenses? I'd think you'd destroy the bulb the first time it rains and the lamps are on.

What's a "fortunner"?

Nuke, I think he is talking about the bulb cover 'inside' the housing and not the lense cover.

The cover off is inside of the lamp, I can see best light output and best performance in very dark enviroments

The "Fortuner" is a mid-SUV made by toyota for sale in some countries, use the same engine and Transmition that V6 T4R. I could test the "fortuner" and is not the same confort and performance that 4runner

See the picture below
