Fog Lamps for my '99 Base T4R. Wiring & Switch? OEM vs. After Market?

I want to put fog lamps in my base 4Runner. I prefer OEM parts but, price and difficulty of install important.

OEM: Where is fog switch? Do I need switch and wiring harness? How much should I pay for install?

Aftermarket: I see sets with wiring & switch I can mount on dash but like stock look and function. Cost is low.

Please let me know if you have OEM parts for sale... and any input or advice is appreciated.

i have a 99 SR5 but my fog light switch in just to the inside of the headlights one and both turn
one of mine fell out and found out they were $450 for yota so just wired some $25 baja aux lights into the stock wires and they work good and uses the stock switch
FYI amazon.com has 99 runner fog lights for $85 a piece

OK, so if I buy OEM light assemblies. Do I need new Light/turn signal stalk. Mine does not have rotator switch for fog.

Or, can I wire to head light switch?

if you dont have the wires hanging down it would be fairly easy to wire in to a switch on inside of the cab
